Climatology
An unprecedented climate to which the estate's teams had to adapt by working relentlessly: grass management and soil work, early leaf removal and thinning.
Vinification and aging
The wine ages for 18-20 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux, carefully selected. After this, a further aging process takes place in the bottle.
